Django's innate relationship with the natural world, place and stone has inspired a lifelong connection with co-creation.
As a child, Django spent years exploring, noticing, developing an aesthetic that expresses a deep respect for harmony between human kind and this amazing medium.
The Hudson Valley has rich historic roots with stone. For years bluestone was hand chiseled, layer by layer to supply the surrounding metropolitan areas. In these old quiet quarries lie piles of stone hungry for a home. Local stone yards and other various sources (usually off the beaten path) steadily supply and inspire.
The Living Stone is convienently located in New York's beautiful Hudson Valley.
